Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly and carefully.

1. Subscription.
   1. By subscribing, the user gets the opportunity to choose a monthly plan. getskill.io website (hereinafter – web) subscription is automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off earlier than 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Money for the next period of use is debited 24 hours before the end of the current one.
   2. We may offer a paid trial subscription for the service. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically renewed for the subscription period each month without notice. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. If you disagree with the price change, you may unsubscribe under the provisions below.
2. Cancellation.
   1. Auto-renewal of a purchased subscription can be disabled at any time: if users used Paypal for the payment, unsubscribing can be initiated in their Paypal account, if other selected payment method – email us at support@scolastico.io from the email registered in our website, indicate the email’s subject as “Unsubscribe” and our team will proceed with unsubscription.
   2. Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT your service will automatically renew for $29.99 every subsequent month until you cancel your subscription.
3. Changes.
   1. A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE LIMITED reserves the right to add, change, remove both the chapters and the material itself from the list of proposed ones.
   2. Offers and prices for subscriptions, subscription services, the amount of Digital Content available through subscription services may change from time to time by territory without clear notice (except where such information is not mandatory under applicable law).
4. Procedure.
   1. Fees are billed by A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE LIMITED via and according to the PayPal or other payment provider.
   2. Unless otherwise stated, any price changes will be effective from the start of the next subscription period.
5. Requirements.
   1. The user shall be a physical entity having the deed capacity and reached 18 years of age to be able to form a binding agreement with A.B. DIGITAL HORIZON SYNDICATE LIMITED and use the web’s paid services. While younger individuals are entitled to use the web, presupposing at the same time that the payment takes place with the consent of the legal representatives of minors, reading of the provisions of the T&C and the extension of its action to them.
6. Subscription Price:
   1. Course - 29.99 USD per 30 days
   2. [Discounted] Course - 15.00 USD per 30 days
7. T&C Acceptance.
   1. By continuing using the web, the user is bound to its T&C and indicates his/her continued acceptance of them.
